Once your work order is received, we will communicate best time to address and gain permission to enter if you are not home. We will communicate when the work is complete and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Yes, we encourage you personalizing your space. We do kindly ask that you receive management approval prior to painting or hanging larger artwork/electronics on your walls. Smaller nail holes are permitted without advance permission.

Upon receiving your package, The Franklin will scan and log it into our tracking system, and you will receive a notification that it has arrived. Packages are held in the resident package area to be picked up at your convenience. If you do not pick up your package on the day it arrives, our Resident Services team will hold your package for you.
Our fitness center is open 24/7.
Out fitness center has a variety of exercise equipment to meet your health and wellness needs. Equipment includes cardio, strength training, free weights and kettlebells, a turf zone with trx suspension training and yoga mats.
We kindly ask that residents maintain quiet hours from 10 pm- 6 am.
We do accept walk-ins, but encourage you to schedule a tour so we can personalize your experience.
